Judge Thows Out Suit to Stop DACA Program

A Federal District Court Judge just threw out a lawsuit designed to halt Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). A group of ICE employees tied to the Republican Party had filed a lawsuit to challenge the program for DREAMers but they never had a leg to stand on.
